Ciociosan Bianco
Ciociosan Bianco has been produced by Vinex Slavyantsi following an original recipe for over 120 years, combining first-class aromas of classic Italian herbs with a delicate fruit flavor.
Ciociosan Bianco is a light and sweet drink, with a balanced, slightly bitter aftertaste that can be enjoyed on its own, with a slice of lemon, with frozen grapes, or as a key ingredient in classic cocktails.
Ciociosan Rosso
This red aromatized wine-based drink is richer and sweeter than its light varieties, with delicate herbal and fruity undertones. It is an exquisite drink in a glass with ice and a slice of orange, and a must-have element in Manhattan and Rob Roy cocktails.
A drink with Italian origins, created in Bulgaria by the best technologists – a blend of traditional grapes, high-quality liquor, and additional sweetness for optimal taste.
Dry Ciociosan
Bartenders and mixologists all around the world praise it for its French elegance and nuanced flavor.
Ciociosan Dry is a spicy, crisp, tart aperitif with a bitter, wormwood aftertaste. Served in a tumbler with a large ice cube, it makes a delightful, classic martini when mixed with gin.
Ciociosan Limone
A classic sweet, aromatized wine-based drink of the finest quality, created in Bulgaria and complemented with the fresh flavor and aroma of lemon.
To make a unique and challenging martini, combine with chilled vodka, ice, and a sprig of fresh thyme.
Fragola Ciociosan
Ciociosan Fragola is made the old-fashioned way, using only the best wines enhanced with pure grape alcohol, herbal scents, and fruit tastes.
The subtle strawberry flavor adds a sense of freshness and coolness that may be easily added to a variety of light cocktails or enjoyed on its own – on a large ice cube with a fine slice of lime.
Classico Ciociosan
This classic Ciociosan drink has a semi-sweet flavor with delicate fruit notes and green Italian herbs.
A classic light aromatized wine-based drink, produced by Vinex Slavyantsi, it is a traditional addition to many of the evergreen cocktails, as well as an elegant stand-alone drink served with ice. Goes lovely with light seafood dishes, fresh salads with “Burrata” cheese, or dishes with tender chicken and fruit pieces.
Terroir, own vineyards
Vinex Slavyantsi sits in the Sungurlar Valley, a semi-mountainous, hilly terrain at an elevation of 180 to 220 meters. Because of the valley’s proximity to the Balkan Mountains and the Black Sea, the winters are moderate and the summers are hot, with consistent humidity throughout the year.
Temperatures rarely drop below 0° C, and the soils are light, sandy-clayey, woodland, with low fertility, ideal for producing high-quality, flavorful wines.
The vineyards of Vinex Slavyantsi cover an area of around 7,000 acres on the valley’s southern slopes. On their land, a wide range of types are grown:
Whites: Red Misket, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Ottonel, German Riesling, Vignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Gruner and Pinot Gris.
Reds: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah.
