Gold medals for LEVA wines at this year’s edition of the Mondial du Bruxelles competition

The wines with the 2022 vintage LEVA Chardonnay & Dimiat & Muscat and LEVA Cabernet & Shiraz rose were awarded a gold medal. LEVA Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlor vintage 2022 won silver. Over 7,500 samples from all over the world took part in the red and white session. A total of 73 Bulgarian wines took part in this year’s competition, of which 27 won medals – 13 gold, 11 silver and three Grand Gold. This means that almost 37% of the wines were awarded, surpassing the average success rate of the competition of 25-28% and highlighting the exceptional quality of the local drinks. Mondial de Bruxelles is held in a different location every year. This year, tasters and world wine experts from 45 countries gathered in Poreč, Croatia in mid-May. Next year, the competition will be held in Mexico.
